SLOPPY HIPPO ROUND BLUE WATER PIPE

Sloppy Hippo round water pipes consist of a tube that rounds out at the base, basically into a cylinder with a flat bottom so that it can rest on a table top. Also provided is a downstem, a straight tube that goes under the water.
